Susan Lenci is a seasoned college and career counselor with a deep passion for educational consulting and a proven track record of guiding young people toward success. With a BA from the University of Vermont and an MA in Counseling from Fairfield University, Susan has dedicated her career to supporting students and their families through the complex college & career discovery process, helping them figure out strengths, gifts, and aptitudes to set them up for success.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut and a retired counselor from New Canaan High School, she has counseled thousands of students, offering personalized guidance and expertise. Susan’s commitment to her community is underscored by her involvement in several professional organizations and dedication to ongoing professional development.

Susan is a parent of three college-graduated and successful adult children, so she understands the journey from both a professional and personal perspective. With extensive experience in high-level high school counseling, Susan combines expertise and empathy to empower students and parents to achieve their educational and early career goals.

How much does it cost?

We offer two plan options:

  1. Pay as you go (Basic Plan) – This flexible option allows you to pay hourly for the counseling services you need, giving you the freedom to add more hours as you see the value in our support.
  2. Project rate – We’ll work with you to design a tailored program based on your or your child’s unique needs and agree on a flat fee for our services.
